Yes, our plans are billed monthly so you can signup for one month of support and end your plan at any time.
Each maintenance & care plan is for one website, you can signup for multiple sites and add as many websites as you like.
When signing up, you will need to have your website’s URL, your WordPress username & password. We also recommend having your FTP or CPanel URL, username, and password, unless you are hosting with us. If you need help finding this info, please contact us.
We only needed the details related to access your website. We do not need your personal details.

Because of the limitations of WordPress.com, Wix or SquireSpace sites we’re only able to work with (self-hosted) WordPress.org websites.

Yes – after your first month you can cancel within 14-days of your renewal date. You’re never required to stay with us – in fact, we’d prefer you have the option to leave if you’re unhappy with our service, and give us feedback on how we can serve you better.

When we update WordPress and plugins, our team also monitors your site to make sure your site does not crash. If we do find an update breaks the site, we will attempt to fix it first, and send a notification to your account contact email address. If we are unable to fix it (usually when a plugin is no longer supported in WordPress), we will restore your site before the update and contact you to find the best way to move forward, such as contacting the plugin developer or finding an alternative plugin. If the fix is unknown or not immediate, we will roll the site back to the most recent backup (created before the update). We will spend up to 1 hour of time fixing/troubleshooting the issue – if we cannot fix within that time, we will give you a time/cost estimate and let you decide if you’d like us to move forward.
Once your payments is received, and you provide us the logins information, we will have your website set up with our maintenance tools within 1 working day.
We will install a few plugins that assist us with monitoring and updating your website.
We will offer to maintain the website if you have hosting elsewhere as long as the hosting company or custom server meets our requirements for properly maintaining and optimizing the site. Contact us to request a consultation and pricing for this.
Our maintenance plan is not mandatory for clients, but is highly recommended because of the importance of security, optimization, updates, backups, support, etc.
If you choose to not to, you’re welcome to. You will, in that case, assume complete responsibility for the website updates, security, backups, and other service connected to the website. Then you take full responsibilities if the website is breached, hacked or performs slowly because the lack of proper optimization.
f you decide to decline the website care plan, there’s a lot that can go wrong. Here are the top reasons, we recommend you make sure your website is well-cared for:
- The site will not be optimized which leads to poor performance, slow loading times, and a gradual loss of SEO rankings.
- The site’s tools, plugins, themes, and WordPress core itself will quickly go out of date, which is a leading cause of website hacks. It’s incredibly important to keep all your website tools and plugins up-to-date.
- You’ll have no backups or restore points, so if your site gets hacked or breached, you could lose all of your content, pages, and your search engine ranking.
- You won’t get a monthly report overviewing your site traffic, page views, etc.
- Most importantly, you won’t have us as your trusted webmaster to assist you with quick updates, tweaks, website issues, etc.
We’ll always try to get your updates done within your allocated time to save you extra costs, but if you have a bigger amount of updates that will require more hours, we’ll give you an estimate of time, and do that at our hourly rate which is reduced for you as a special, monthly care client!
Your monthly time covers any updates, additions, or add-ons to your website. For example, changing hours, business information, staff or team members, adding new images, updating services or product pages, etc.
While we do our best to get updates done within your allotted time, if more time is required, we can do so with our hourly retainer which for you is discounted!
Note: The allotted monthly time is for work or updates on the existing website and cannot be used for other projects or a step by step website revamp.
Yes, web hosting is included with your monthly maintenance and care plan. We offer only high performance dedicated hosting.
With hosting, like with many other things, you get what you pay for.
Most large hosting companies are more about the bottom line than performance or customer service. They will put as many sites as possible onto a single server, they won’t update the PHP version unless you ask, they’ll give you the barebones hosting at a reduced rate and then sell you the features that really should be included in all hosting plans (like SSL Certificates, regular backups, caching, CDN, etc), and some of them don’t even offer refunds, if you decide to cancel.

In most of the time the updates will be done during the week within 24 hours. As a monthly client, you always get top priority compared to clients who aren’t on the plan.
For time-sensitive updates, please call us, so that we schedule time on our calendar to make sure they are done on time.
No. You can set up a plan, upgrade, or cancel anytime without any fees. And the door is always open should you ever leave and decide to come back to the plan.
No. The retainer of hourly updates is just covered for that month.
If your site should get compromised while you’re on the plan, then we’ll take care of cleaning the site and getting everything back to normal at no extra cost to you.
We can take care of getting the site cleaned for an initial cleanup fee of $300 then we can immediately get your site on our monthly plan to make sure it remains clean and protected form hacks.
